Shay wanted a dress to dance in so I decided a TUTU would be fun and wouldn't cost too much to make. So here is the end result...
How I made it:
I got enough elastic band to fit around Shay
then sewed it together.
Then got 1 yard of pink and green tulle
and cut it into strips.
I tied knots all the way around the elastic band
Then I realized that I didn't have enough tulle and I had to go back to the store. When I got to the store they didn't have anymore of the pink or green so I had to get a yard of white which then I cut too short! But in the end it turned out so so cute and so SO PUFFY!!!
I LOVE it but Shay isn't quite sure is she likes it yet!
