Custom Baby Girl Calendar

Here is a custom baby calendar for one of my mom's work friends little girl. Since I had lent out my New Arrival Cricut Cartridge, I ended up having to design a couple new paper piecing and use my Pazzles Inspiration to cut them out. So it took what seemed like forever to make but so worth it... I think it turned out beautiful! I wanted to keep it!

You'll notice that is has both Spanish and English because the little girl, Lilia, was born in America but one or both of her parents are from Mexico. So they wanted her to remember her heritage by including some Latin style to the calendar. It was a fun challenge and thanks to my husband, Julio, for all the Spanish help!

The paper line I used was My Mind's Eye "Be Loved" I also used a couple Cricut cuts from Storybook cartridge.

I'm hoping to have these new paper piecings turned into new cut files for my Paper Piecing Beehive blog for purchase very soon! I hope you enjoy!

This snowman is available now on
The Paper Piecing Beehive
(One of my favorite pages!)
I used Cricut Storybook cartridge for the butterflies.
This little bear is wearing a latin style dress
For Lilia's Birth month, June, her mom wanted there to be a Mexican flag to represent her Latin heritage.
The crown is from Cricut Storybook cartridge.
